Employers & Recruiters register as a Company via a Front-end User”Company” Page a and can decide whether to create a single page profile or a complete profile which includes multiple tabs (Company Profile, Vacancies, Portfolio, Blog, Events, Contacts)
The OMEGA Search Engine allows performing simple search and advanced search.
Admins can create custom search & custom fields using the TYPES plugin
Candidates can either create a single page profile or a full profile with multiple tabs using the Front-end User Page.
During the Application process the registered Candidate simply needs to Apply by clicking on the Apply button of the corresponding Job Ad and the Recruiter will automatically see a listing of all the OMEGA profiles of the Applicants
